Mr. M Nazmul Islam began to work as a paralegal with AK Solicitors during 2010-2014 and before that, he completed his LLB Hons from the University of London in 2006 and LLM in International Commercial from the University of Westminster in 2008. He began to work with Hubers Law after 2014 and secured his training contract after completing Legal Practice Course from London Metropolitan University. However, the firm’s rapid growth and rising profile made it an exciting opportunity has made his training more valuable to be a newly-qualified solicitor.
He works in all areas of Immigration – sponsors licensing, sponsors compliance and Judicial Review challenges for Entry Clearance, and EU national settlement scheme, and works with employers on the right to work and prevention of illegal working. He has significant expertise concerning damages claim for unlawful detention to challenge the SSHD decision, Personal Injury, Conveyancing, and Family law
