Mr Md Suman Mian is a Legal Consultant. He has completed his Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of London.
Mr Mian has completed his PGD in International Commercial Law from the University of Northampton. Currently, he is undertaking his Legal Practice Course at the University of Westminster to pursue his career as a Solicitor.
Mr Mian is privileged to be in this position to aid and represent the most vulnerable in our society. He has experience dealing with vulnerable clients, including those in detention, those suffering from complex psychological issues, and victims of torture and trafficking. He has also represented individuals seeking to make initial claims for asylum, and fresh claims, in addition to conducting successful appeals against adverse decisions to the First-tier tribunal & Upper tribunal.
