HL Admin & Public Law update
On 18th we have settled our last case in the Upper Tribunal’s ETS/TOEIC group hearing for reinstating the claim. HO agreed to offer remedies which the claimant has been seeking since 2014. Our Senior Legal Consultant Shafiul Tauhid had contributed to this case.
