Mr. Nicholas Huber

Mr Nicholas Huber is the most senior advisor to the Hubers Law. He was admitted as a solicitor in 1977. He was the Principal of Nicholas Huber & Co in Devon, where the partners of Hubers Law were associated before Hubers Law came into being. He retired as a Principal of Nicholas Huber & Co in December 2015. Mr Huber’s expertise includes Family, Landlord and tenant – residential, commercial property, Conveyancing – residential, private client – wills and probate. His main role is to advise the Partners of this firm time to time as is necessary. His role gives strength to all members of Hubers Law.

Mr. Muhammad Al Mamun

Mr Al Mamun has gained a number of successive law degrees in both undergraduate and postgraduate levels before qualified as a Solicitor in 2010. He was called to the Bar in 2003 as a Barrister of Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn. Since he commenced legal practice, he has worked with several other firm of solicitors and gained expertise in various areas of law. His great latitude of legal knowledge, expertise and versatility in both academic and practising dimension often mesmerise our clients. He is one of the founding Partners of Hubers Law and responsible for the role of the Compliance Officer for Finance and Administration [COFA] for this firm since October 2015. Mr. Ziaur Rahman

Mr Rahman qualified as a Solicitor in 2011, having obtained an honours degree in law in 1998 and having been called to the Bar in 2000 as a Barrister of Honourable Society of the Middle Temple. Since he commenced legal practice, he has worked with several other firm of solicitors and gained expertise in various areas of law. Mr. Sazzad Hossain

Mr Sazzad Hossain is a qualified solicitor engaged with Hubers Law as a consultant. Having completed LLB (Hons) and Post-Graduation Diploma in Commercial Law from the University of Northumbria, he also undertook Legal Practice Course with MSc in Law, Business and Management at the University of Law. He is one of the assistants to the founding Partners during the formation of Hubers Law and has dealt with a number of litigations work since 2015. His work experiences focus mainly on Personal Injury, Conveyancing, Family, Civil Litigation, Criminal, Landlord & Tenancy, Debt Management, and Immigration including Judicial Review matters. Mr. Shafiul Tauhid

   Mr Tauhid completed LLB degree from the University of London, and LLM from BPP University. Currently, he is undertaking Ph.D research in Financial Crime and Shari’a (Islamic Law) under Cardiff Metropolitan University. Mr. Usman Malik

Mr Malik graduated with an upper class Honours degree in Business and Law from London Middlesex University. He then extended his knowledge of the English Legal system and completed Post-graduate Diploma in Law in 2011. Since then he has worked on Immigration and Human rights cases and has become an expert in all aspects of the immigration law.
