Mr. Nicholas Huber

Mr. Nicholas Huber is the most senior advisor to the Hubers Law. He was admitted as a solicitor in 1977. He was the Principal of Nicholas Huber & Co in Devon, where the partners of Hubers Law were associated before Hubers Law came into being. He retired as a Principal of Nicholas Huber & Co in December 2015. Mr. Huber’s expertise includes Family, Landlord and tenant – residential, commercial property, Conveyancing – residential, private client – wills and probate. His main role is to advise the Partners of this firm time to time as is necessary. His role gives strength to all members of Hubers Law.

Mr. Ziaur Rahman

Mr. Rahman qualified as a Solicitor in 2011, having obtained an honours degree in law in 1998 and having been called to the Bar in 2000 as a Barrister of Honourable Society of the Middle Temple. Since he commenced legal practice, he has worked with several other firm of solicitors and gained expertise in various areas of law. He is one of the founding Partners of Hubers Law and responsible for the role of the Compliance Officer for Legal Practice [COLP] for this firm since October 2015. Mr. Muhammad Al Mamun

Mr. Usman Malik

Mr. Malik graduated with an upper class Honours degree in Business and Law from London Middlesex University. Mr. Muhammed Hasan Zamil

Mr. Zamil has completed his LL.B b (Hons) from University of Wolverhampton in 1999. Having been completed his BVC in 2002 he has been called to the Bar in 2003 as being a member of the Honorable Society of Lincolns’ Inn. He initially worked for Newcastle Citizen Advice Bureau followed by at two local solicitor firms in Newcastle. He is also an OISC registered immigration adviser since 2010. Following completion of his GDL in 2016 he has also completed his LPC from University of Northumbria in July 2018. After successfully completed the LPC Mr zamil worked as a paralegal at Kubelaw Solicitors until September 2019 before started his training contract with Hubers  LawPartners  in September 2021. His practice and interests include advice on all aspects of UK immigration matters, residential & commercial convayencing, family matters and landlord & tenant disputes. Outside of his work commitments, Mr. Zamil is a family man and enjoys spending time with his wife and children, as well as dedicates a lot of his spare time watching sports and world affairs.
